Fitness and strengthening videos

24 NHS fitness studio exercise videos that suit all ages and abilities.  The range of videos cover aerobic exercise, strength and resistance, Pilates and yoga, all videos are instructor led and have been created by fitness experts and last between 10 and 45 minutes.
